So for the SNS party we planned a proposal for a new

mural on the Proper Eats wall. I have to submit the

proposal like tomorrow or some such.

The we went to this really cool place in the wee hours.

We had to take two cars we had so many people. We

had to crawl through a tiny ventilation hole that was

half filled with concrete. You can see the opening right

above the graff wall on the left. I didn't bring fresh

photos. The wall is now entirey covered with gravel-

this pic taken last month.

Its the first "underground city hall" ? Capable of

withstanding a 90 megaton nuclear blast, a "Civil Defense

Emergency Operation Center"  Its all within this big

mountainous hill. Here's an old pic of one of the

rooms inside:

Now though its all freaky and dilapidated. I guess

Henk Pander painted the odd utopic mural where the

maps used to be. Its newly thrashed interior is filled

with mildewy air. Looks like they activated the

sprinklers- its all still pretty wet. There was a jail and

rock quarry at ____ _____ in the early 20th century.

It was around this time in 1906

that authorities at ______ ______, the Multnomah County "rock pile",

received a complaint from one of the prisoners. A toothless inmate

complained that he was not able to eat the food without teeth and insisted a

set of grinders be provided for him by the county. His request was granted.

A chunk of stone from the old quarry that was

operated by the sherrif's office was used for the base

of this memorial for dead cops.

In the past couple years there was a big secret

surveillance bust in Portland I forget what the deal

was but they were spying on hundreds of citizens in

Portland illegally."The files reveal that, in addition to monitoring

groups engaged in criminal actions, the police kept watch over a broad

range of harmless political and civic organizations. Intelligence officers built

files on the Peoples Food Store co-op, the Northwest Oregon Voter

Registration Project and the Womens Rights Coalition even the Bicycle

Repair Collective, a city program offering a $24 course on how to fix flat

tires and adjust brakes." Here's the link to some more info: http://www.refuseandresist.org/police_state/art.php?aid=572

Anyway it looks on the inside of this huge bunker

hidden quietly in the hill like they piled stuff up and

blow torched it. Tons of film and audio tape reels and

oodles of paperwork, wierd old machines. Its still full

of office furniture and lockers. Interogation rooms,

just lots of wierd shit down there. We had a blast

exploring the ruins and only sustained minor injuries. I

hope to go back soon and tell ghost stories and piss

myself.

I want to go too. It sounds beautiful.

I will be in town again on thursday evening.

What will happen with the painting?

Who do you have to submit the proposal to?

How about paintings of the old machines in there?

I dunno.

That sounds so cool and ninja like and dangerful.

Oh cool! I looked at the restaurant page.

How about a vegetable pile. And some fruit.

With talking potatoes like in that movie we made.

Yo Stinky-foot Nugget Swimmers you're invited to SNS just like everyone else. Come to that and you get the goods. Man we've been on some wierd field trips, and they always seem to start at like 1 am.

Go to the group & add it
and in there you can see updates on the whens and wheres.

Secret Night Scares!

(and this is the profile)

Meet up there where it shows a teepee "Nemalguimmer tribe L&C 1805 Near St Johns" on the left center.

I think you are probably the biggest liar of them all "micah perry". Scaring the precious children with your underground bunker paranoiac yarnathons. Nobody is watching us. And if somebody IS watching us then why isn't anyone getting paid? I bet squirrels built that cave. I'M A SKEPTIC. sign me up.
