I've been getting a lot of calls and mail about Rob Zombie's new project, Tyrannosaurus Rex. People seem to be under the impression that Rob is doing The Nail and cutting me out. This is not true. Not only is T-Rex a different story, but also Rob is 100% owner of The Nail and is welcome to cherry pick anything he wants. It's his concept. I was just along for the ride.

There are NO issues between Rob and I. Creep might be dormant at the moment, but we are not ruling out more team-ups down the road.

I hope this clears things up.

Didn't you know that Creating Controversy Where There Isn't Any is the national past time of InternetLand?

Hopefully future projects will silence or at the very least *quiet* the rumour mill.

Cheers for clearing this up,
- Z

You two should of played up the rumor even more, I could just see the blogosphere headlines now: "Kings of Death Battling for Creative Rights", "Zombie Nails Niles", and on and on. Then you could've threatened each other, followed by retracting regretful statements while you both sit in vacation rehab.

Nice to know.

Where can I find more about this project?

I'll try a few links and keep checking here in the meantime.

Thanx once again for Cal and his crew!! I can't get enough!! I'm so stoked to be getting (FINALLY!) the Supernatural Freak Machine!!

Not to say that rumors (especially rumors that cause tension between artists and collaborators) are a good thing, necessarily, but you know what they say about any press...

Put a positive spin on things, and keep true to yourself, and don't let nasty ol' rumors get you down. You'll probably get a bunch of interest in your projects from a whole new crowd....

Having said all that, Thanks for the clarification!

Cheers!
