So yesterday Me and Mower headed down do Bristol for the Skins secret party 2007.

Ask me to sum it up in one word and it would be this one:

AMAZING!

Got up dead early...well...8, but its school holidays so that is dead early for me! Headed down into London and then back out to bristol! Long train ride that was, but me and mower bought magazines and marvel max top trumps so it really flew by!

Got to the station a bit early and watched everyone else arrived. And there was a lot of them, I knew there would be a lot, but this really took the piss! In a good way.

We got on the coaches there which was a minor millitary opperation! Some bald headed scary bloke was running that bit, we tried to make him laugh, it didn't work.

Got on the bus where Me and Mower befriended some proper cool people who we partied with for the majority share of the evening! They were a right laugh!

The E4 people handed out some poker chips, which it turned out you exchanged for free alcohol and food! Sounds good to me.

Arrived at the venue. Couldn't see the venue. Got confused.
"I don't see anywhere to party...just that old cathedral....wait..people are going into the cathedral....some of the E4 crew are there to...what the hell....THE PARTIES IN THE CATHEDRAL!?"
Thats right people, the SKINS party, for a show whose main focus is sex, drugs, drinking, and general sinning was in a church. Extreme or what!!! We're all going to hell, lol.

Got in and admired the amazing Graffiti job they'd done inside, it was literally everywhere.

Went into the main hall, set up with 2 bars, a stage, a moutin of massive bed sized pillows, an actual 4 poster bed, loads of retro chairs and shit, some mad ballons, all the regular flasing lights you find at this sort of thing, and a few suits of armour.

Spent the next couple of hours being filmed with the cast for a 10 minute myspace movie about the party, which was great! Had a very brief chat with April who plays Michelle, who was actually a really nice person!  and then had to dance a bit for the cameras while Joe (who plays chris) had to jump into the crowd, I was dancing literally right next to the main characters for most of the song so I should all most deffinatly be in some of the footage! Keep an eye out for that on thier myspace (www.myspace.com/e4skins2) when they release the 10 minute video on the 17th of this month!

After that the proper party kicked in, the band, called FOALS, played an amazing live set and then the DJ kicked in and it was non stop raving.drinking from there on out!

One problem though, all the cast had left, and I had no photos apart from a group one with michelle and a blurry one of me and chris where my camera fucked up!

THAT SUCKED!

But then they came back, and got some pretty special shots with them, I especially love the ones with Joe and April (chris and michelle) as they're my 2 fave characters, lol. They were all really nice people, especially Nick Hoult (tony) who is actually the oppisite of his character, such a nice dude, and Joe (chris) who was willing to stand around for ages when my camera broke and let me take a video of him saying dawn I think your fucking amazing! (as I promised dawn I would get that for her!) As I've stated April (michelle) was a really nice person, and she was happy to take a photo with ugly old me, lol, as were Dev (Anwar), Mitch (Maxxie), Kenneth (Kenneth) and Mike Baily (sid). Dev called me "the man" lol. Haven't got the photo of me and sid yet :( will have it soon though!

Then there was more raving to be done.

At some point I stole a knights helmet and wore it to dance in before secruity forced me to put it back, spoil sports.

Watched some half naked woman muck around with a giant hola hoop.
Watched a half naked woman make sparks from an angle grinder on her crotch!
Watched a bar man spin bottles around like a lunatic!
Got videos of all 3 of these!

And then got a video of Posh Kenneth speaking Gangsta! HAPPY DAYS!

Got the train home, where me and mower met this really nice Canadian girl.

And then got abuse about the lampshade We'd stolen as a keep sake from some business man! lolol.

It was seriosuly one of the most amazing days of my life! Obviously I love the show so meeting the cast was like a dream come true! They're just so...normal? It really takes you by suprise. I guess because they were on TV I just made the stereotype they would be dicks, but they wearn't, they were a wicked crowd of boys and girls, really makes me re-think my opinion of TV people! They're just normal people with a public job, and I respect that now.

I'm mainly blogging this for myself, but if you happen to have read all of it, for what ever reason, I hope I could give you a sense of how brilliant it was, although really it had to be seen to be beleived!
