I hope this album is more raw than 'Robbers and Cowards'. The 'Up in Rags' EP was outstanding, and seeing Cold War Kids live is an incredible pleasure. No over-production this album! I'll be reviewing it for my website.

Cheers.

Been looking forward to this for a long long time.

Something is Not Right With Me is sounding immense.

Just for you guys, i reckon you might find something you love out of these...

Wild Beasts - No-one makes music like these guys. They remind me of you in the sense that they don't try to fit in to any scene or conform and just make the music they want to make. Two unbelievable vocalists. You'll never hear a voice like Haydens! Everything about them is different. They are in my top friends if you wanna see them.

Possessed by Paul James - Just the most outrageous artist. You maybe gotta see him in some of his videos to see just how eccentrically amazing and individual this guy is.

Pete Molinari - This guy sounds between Dylan, Guthrie and Jimmie Rodgers. Brilliant.

Bon Iver - Im sure you've heard this guy though. Stunning.

Johnny Flynn - This man is pretty much my hero. I love everything about his music. His album 'A Larum' is just true beauty and set apart from all else.

These'll do for now. They are ALL in my top friends if its easier. Hope you check them and find something you like or love.

Take care guys. Can't wait for the album.

So is that the album cover that's shown under 'Influences' on your profile?

If it is, you could do a bit better than that, couldn't you?

Still, can't wait for the new album :D

I just heard "Something is Not Right With Me" on the radio in my car. I gotta admit I was fucking stunned when I heard it. Wow. I immediately came home, hopped on the internet to find out what band it was. I've heard another song of yours on the radio but honestly I thought it was just all right. But "Something is Not Right With Me" kinda blew me away. Job well done guys, and I'm definitely looking forward to your album now.
