I am more tired than I have ever been in my life and I don't mind it at all. I just got back from my second USO tour. Once again, the most incredible thing I have ever done in my life.
I don't think I have ever flown this much in my life. Monday we flew to Washington where we joined Admiral Mike Mullen (chairman of the joint chief of staff) to board our flight on a C-32 to Germany. That is where we kicked off our first show. I still can't believe that in a matter of 6 days we flew to Germany, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo, and England. The shows did not start until we landed on Tuesday and if I remember correctly we did 9 shows in 5 days!!!! I guess I am still on auto pilot, not sure why I am even up right now as I just got in from England late last night. lol. I don't think this trip has really sunk in yet so it might take me a while to absorb everything....I'm kinda drawing blanks right now. I do however remember two things....seeing the faces of over 20,000 military men and women (that is forever imprinted in my mind) and....the horrific endless sight of porta potties (that too is forever imprinted in my mind).

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the men and women serving our country. I will never take what you do for granted.
God Bless You and God Bless the USA!
xoxo, Pickler

Your a saint and my biggest inspiration. I love you!

So I'm guessing your in California now.

Right?

I kinda thought since you always have fans writing you in the midday that maybe I could ask you in the morning. Are you going to come back to Laffayette in tour? If so when? And could I have your e-mail address? You met me before. Look at my picture. I'd really like to get to know you better and ask you a few questions if I may.

Thanxx so much Kellie I love You!

What a whirlwind of a tour, huh? You deserve a much needed break and I can tell you that those men and women are probably saying "thank you, thank you, thank YOU" for coming to them to entertain them. You are such a vibrant and energetic woman. I know they appreciate YOU just as much as we all appreciate THEM. SOOOOO....I say thank you to YOU and big huge thank you to the special men and women of the armed forces. Being an Air Force brat I've always had a great appreciation for them. I won't ever take it for granted either! You are awesome!

Glad you had fun Sweetie and as usual - you always put a smile on my face with your crazy mix on words ... it's actually "Porta-pottie", short for 'portable pottie'! LOL! But, Darlin' you can call it whatever you want! We're all just thankful you're doing your tours and having fun! Keep up the good work.

Kellie,

We, in the military really appreciate what you and a hand full of others do for us, we can't thank you enough for the shows that you all put on for us. Though I did not get to see any of the shows as I'm currently stationed in Italy I'm quite sure that you all put on one heck of a show for the men and woman I call Brother's and Sister's in Arms.

One of these days I hope to finally get to see one of your concerts in person, however, I'm not going to hold my breathe waiting for it as I will be in Italy for the next three years.

God Bless You and All You do for us in the military!!

Congrats on your safe trip there! I know that truly means a lot to all of our soldiers. My brother is in Afghanistan and he wished he could have seen you. You were about 3 hours away from him by plane. I did however send him a picture of you from one of your concerts! Although I know he would rather meet you in person that will have to do! :) Take care and keep up the great work. You are an amazing person and you have truly touched many soldiers on your journey. I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

God Bless You,
