We used the third morning to do the rest of the drum edits and started to fine tune the bass sound in the afternoon. We got a good vibe using Pusa's Warvick Corvettte SS axe with a Laney RBH800 amp and Laney speaker, as well as using the direct in sound from the bass itself. We also toyed with some Bose and Behringer distortions and various compressors.

When the refined sound was found we got to recording and we got three songs on tape before we ran out of juice. There were just me, Tonmi and Pusa in the studio, and the whole time we were hard at work. I kind of hoped that the rest of the band could have been there, and maybe have a relaxing evening afterwards with some nice refreshments, but everybody had a lot of work to do before the weekend so it was just hard work for us too. I'm sure I can conjure up a party tomorrow ;)
