The Drake Bell Street Team is currently looking for hardworking, dedicated people willing to become state leaders to help us out. This message is for the US only! Please message us IF and ONLY IF you fit the following requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older. This is for legal reasons.

- Must have an excellent work ethic. This does not necessarily mean that you need to have prior experience, but you need to have significant time to dedicate to the project. You must be someone who checks their email/messages often and responds back fairly promptly. You will be leading every other DBST member in your state if you are chosen, this is a big responsibility!

- Must have good social skills/people skills...state leaders cannot be shy! Future projects will include actual on the street/at concert teaming, if you are not comfortable with this we suggest just staying a member of the team rather than stepping up to a leadership position. You will also have to familiarize yourself with other members in your state and be comfortable with reaching out to everyone.

- Must be involved in the Drake community! Know what's going on with him, what he has coming out, where he's going to be, etc. before we have to tell you. It will save everyone time to not have to explain every little detail. Get involved on message boards, etc.

- Must be mature, respectful, and as professional as possible. This position is not a joke by any means, you are representing a bunch of people who are representing a serious musician/actor.

- Must be able to take direction. State leaders will need to take specific orders from Stefanie and Morgan at times, while you will have some leeway on some projects we will require you to check in with us weekly and most definitely check with us before doing anything major. In order for us to work as a well-oiled machine, everyone must always be on the same page. If we feel you aren't working up to the level of everyone else, you will be asked to step down.
