I have to say, NECA really dropped the ball this time. They've got a figure of V (from V for Vendetta, of course) due out... sometime. Soon. And while the movie is undeniably awesome, they've missed their deadline.

How can you have a deadline for a figure from a movie that came out in spring? Today's November 5, kiddies. As in the rhyme?

And so forth. In any case, how could they not have V ready to go today? It'd be like releasing a figure of Santa Claus in January. It's not like I expect them to have it debut in stores on a Sunday, but it should have been out by now. The world today needs a regime change, and V (and Guy Fawkes) is a great reminder of that. But he's late for his own holiday!

There are plenty of potential reasons why we don't have V yet, and most of them wouldn't even be NECA's fault. So I don't really blame them, or hold any ill will, but it's just easier to point at them than, say, slow trans-Pacific shipping. So bear that in mind when I throw out this gross generalization, laying the blame on them:
