the inka south american peruvian medicine wheel is what these people teach. it is what the inka were using for shamanic initiation for thousands of years before the conquistadors came.
it is learning to work with the shadow side, or unconscious. and bring the unconscious to consciousness. to see the subtle energy and be able to read it. and change it before the subtle energy becomes more dense and harder to move.
consciousness as pure consciousness moves at the speed of light.
as it manifests through thought and ration it becomes heavier and heaver. therefore harder to move and work with.
we learn to be able to read and see this energy at the source where the vibration is subtle. this is where the shaman works. at the energetic. and shifts there are infinite shifts to this physical world.
a really good book, one of my favorites, is shamanic voices by joan halifax.
also alberto viloldo has a video, and his books are great. very helpful stuff.
as you are seeing the intent as pure vibration is directly communicating with the mind of the universe and when our intent is clear the universe responds instantly. so all you have to do is clear your intent and bring it into alignment with your life.
if you know you are being called to this path then dont let any sort of doubt or laziness get in the way. often things come up to stop us. but this is exactly what is meant by shadow, all of our resistence to live life authentically and free. we can learn to scrape off all of that which no longer serves and stagnates our pure energy body from living as the light worker that we know that we are. the medicine wheel is a process of waking up to the reality that we are and always have been an energetically independant light worker. and we awaken to remembering that all life is sacred, we are always in ceremony, and we are always in service to ourselves and our surroundings.
