The combination of the start of spring and the fact that I have been feeling sorry for myself due to my weight and lack of fitness, has spurred me on to start cycling. It started last Saturday with a leisurely 10 miles down the beach and around the town. During the week Simon joined me for a 9 mile round trip to Clevelys and I started this morning off with another 11 miles. The hunt for a puppy continues, we have made a few trips to various rescue centres, and seen lots of dogs, loud ones, quiet ones, confident ones and nervous ones but we still haven't found the one for us yet.
