- You may request a different form of GFX (such as a website/forum skin) and, if we take on the request, a special price can be negotiated structured around your requests
- You may request artwork which requires hand-drawn sketching but bear in mind this will add 25% on to the price

PAYMENTS
- Payments can be made via PayPal ~ to discuss alternatives, contact us
- 50% is paid upon acceptance of the request
- A further 50% upon complete of the request
- If we cancel the request, your deposit is refundable
- If you cancel the request before work has begun, your deposit is refundable
- If you cancel the request after work has begun, your deposit is not refundable; upon request we will send you whatever part of the work had been done at the time of your cancellation
- In the event of working to a deadline (which we were aware of upon acceptance), if we fail to meet it, your deposit is refundable
- Exception to the above rule is if you request an excessive number of changes, as this is out of our control
