Hello everyone. I think most people around town have known for a while, but it's time to put it down on paper so to speak. After almost 5 years the Old Sweethearts have gone their separate ways. Over the past year we found ourselves struggling to function as the band we wanted to be. Instead of dragging it out we've decided to end it while we can still remember the good in it. I want to thank everyone who has come to see us, bought our records, written about us or passed on a good word, thank you so much. And thank you to all the bands and clubs we've been able to share a stage or a floor with. I feel very fortunate to have been in a band with my friends who i felt were the best people I could be in a band with.

As for the future, our final record will see the light of day in some format at some point. As for us, Andy is still continuing with Johnny Nobody, Mark and Jeff are playing together in the Lochs and I am happy to still be playing with Jeff and Erik. So, thanks everyone for everything. Hope to see you soon.
