NEW VIDEO RELEASE: DARPA's iXo Artificial Intelligence Control Grid: 'The Official Version'

DOWNLOAD / VIEW LARGE (better version will be on Google later today)

Download the 475MB version with BitTorrent (and help seed it)

This was constructed almost entirely using government / military animations, videos, images and photos. The narrative is sourced from government quotes from start to finish. It is the "official version", if you will, but in an unprecedented format.

 ..:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

It unveils the governments numerous and ongoing programs related to A.I., "NBIC", the "Global Information Grid", nanotechnology, biotechnology, autonomous drones, "naval sea-bases", space weapons, weather modification… or more directly: domestic and global totalitarian technological domination. American Imperialism meets Artificial Intelligence.

The only debate is: what are we going to do to stop it? Time's running out…

It mostly centers around DARPA materials, as they're the fountainhead of all of this, but this is all a broad multi-agency effort. Some of the video content, like the "OS interface" of the video, was screen captured from the DARPA sites old iXo interactive flash presentation, from almost a year ago, but is now no longer available.

This was a somewhat of an impromptu project that I found myself sucked into last Thursday. I was dong my daily sorting and organizing thru my massive media drives, normal stuff trying to prepare for my monster video project, and stumbled across the DARPA site materials I captured last year around the time I did TWYS. I checked the DRPA site and sure enough they took it all down. I've been on this for the last week almost round the clock. I know it's a bit out of context on the bigger video many have been waiting for, but my ability to do major editing and processing of that monster is virtually halted thanks to a money - computing combination crisis. I technically started this project long before the monster I've been working on, as well as some others.

A special thanks to the Music Contributors:

This is the resources page that has all of the narrative quotes, and all the rest that I simply couldn't fit in the video. It will function as the "official" discussion / debate page (like there is any debate?) that will be permanently linked underneath it in my profile or wherever.

++++++++++RAPIDLY DEFEATING ELUSIVE SURFACE TARGETS++++++++++
"The J-UCAS vision is that a collection of unmanned, weaponized, high performance aircraft, equipped with the latest contemporary autonomous capabilities"
http://www.darpa.mil/darpatech2005/presentations/jucas/francis.pdf

"The Government's vision of an ultimate prompt global reach capability (circa 2025 and beyond) is engendered in a reusable Hypersonic Cruise Vehicle (HCV). This autonomous aircraft would be capable of taking off from a conventional military runway and striking targets 9,000 nautical miles distant in less than two hours. It could carry a 12,000-pound payload consisting of Common Aero Vehicles (CAVs), cruise missiles, small diameter bombs or other munitions. This HCV will provide the country dominant capability to wage a sustained campaign from CONUS on an array of time-critical targets that are both large in number and diverse in nature while providing aircraft- like operability and mission recall capability."

++++++++++UNDERSTANDING THE 21ST CENTURY BATTLESPACE++++++++++
"Space provides 24/7, latent, global persistence, just what we need for low-intensity conflicts and the Global War on Terror."
http://www.darpa.mil/darpatech2005/presentations/space_act/zatman.pdf

"Space Power  (systems, capa-bilities, and forces) will be increasingly leveraged to close the ever-widening gap between diminishing resources and increasing military commitments."
http://www.fas.org/spp/military/docops/usspac/lrp/toc.htm

"For most of history -the Greek, Roman, Spanish and British empires- to be a great power meant to be a sea-faring nation. Maritime dominance remains a critical way to project power. But, for all the reasons just discussed, if the United States is to be a superpower in the 21 st century, we must keep our lead as the world's premier space-faring nation."
http://www.darpa.mil/darpatech2005/presentations/space_act/zatman.pdf

[It will] "Strengthen the nation's space leadership and ensure that space capabilities are available in time to further U.S. national security, homeland security, and foreign policy objectives;"
http://www.afosr.af.mil/ResearchAreas/research_math_infoFusion.htm

"Enable unhindered U.S. operations in and through space to defend our interests there;"
http://www.globalsecurity.org/space/library/policy/national/us-space-policy_060831.htm

"The use of space nuclear power systems shall be consistent with U.S. national and homeland security, and foreign policy interests, and take into account the potential risks."
http://www.afosr.af.mil/ResearchAreas/research_math_infoFusion.htm

"Control of Space is the ability to assure access to space, freedom of operations within the space medium, and an ability to deny others the use of space, if required."
http://www.fas.org/spp/military/docops/usspac/lrp/toc.htm

"We have to retain this high ground, just as we must retain our maritime superiority."
http://www.darpa.mil/darpatech2005/presentations/space_act/zatman.pdf

"The world's oceans cover two-thirds of our planet."
http://www.darpa.mil/darpatech2005/presentations/ato/latt.pdf

"The sea offers strategic, operational, and tactical mobility to those who control it."
http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/library/policy/navy/forward-from-the-sea.pdf

"Maritime dominance remains a critical way to project power. "
http://www.darpa.mil/darpatech2005/presentations/space_act/zatman.pdf

"It's the medium over which no sovereign can veto our movements. And it's the medium in which US dominance is exercised globally, with stealth."
http://www.darpa.mil/darpatech2005/presentations/ato/latt.pdf

"If we're to maintain maritime supremacy with a leaner Navy, it must be done by employing diverse contingents of autonomous offboard systems together with the capital platforms of the future Navy. Our naval force will be multiplied by having these systems interconnected by a robust, seamless maritime network that operates above the water, on the water, and in the water."
http://www.darpa.mil/darpatech2005/presentations/ato/latt.pdf

"Let's envision the future Naval Force. There will be fewer ships casting a wide net over the vast maritime battlespace; a net that's extendable, flexible, and impenetrable; a net that's extendable, flexible, and impenetrable -fleets, squadrons, or units- of autonomous systems distributed around the world doing their jobs."
http://www.darpa.mil/darpatech2005/presentations/ato/latt.pdf

"the extended reach of networked weapons and sensors will tremendously increase the impact of naval forces in joint campaigns."
"A U.S. warship is sovereign U.S. territory -------------, whether in a port of a friendly country or transiting international straits and the high seas. U.S. naval forces, operating from highly mobile "seabases" in forward areas, are therefore free of the political encumbrances that may inhibit and otherwise limit the scope of land-based operations in forward theaters."
"the extended reach of networked weapons and sensors will tremendously increase the impact of naval forces in joint campaigns. The will be realized by exploiting the largest maneuver area on the face of the earth: the sea."
"SEABASE serves as the foundation from which offensive and defensive fires are projected making SEA STRIKE and SEA SHIELD realities."
"SeaBasing capitalizes on the freedom of action achieved through sea control, and is vital to this nation's ability to fully exploit its unprecedented and unequaled military strength in support of an over-arching national security strategy.
"SeaBasing, which refers to the ability of naval forces to operate at sea, as sovereign entities, free from concerns of access and political constraints associated with using land bases in other countries."

NCES will enable decision-making superiority that results in increased mission effectiveness and enhanced process execution. It is based upon an emerging concept in the DOD called "net-centricity," which enables systems to provide the right information to the right person at the right time."
http://www.disa.mil/pao/fs/nces3.html"

"The implementation must allow both human users of the GIG, and automated services acting on behalf of GIG users, to access information and services from anywhere, based on need and capability. "
--Former Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz
http://www.nsa.gov/ia/industry/gig.cfm?MenuID=10.3.2.2

"Transforming the network from a weapons support system into a weapon itself, that is the thread that runs through the programs that we pursue."

"Artificial minds will be housed in artificial brains, and we may need some radical changes in our computing foundations to get there."
http://www.darpa.mil/darpatech2005/presentations/ipto/brachman.pdf

"These "fourth-generation" technologies will bring attributes of human cognition to bear on the problem of reconstituting systems that suffer the accumulated effects of imperfect software, human error, and accidental hardware faults, or the effects of a successful cyber attack."
"new fourth generation technologies will draw on biological metaphors such as natural diversity and immune systems to achieve robustness and adaptability; the structure of organisms and ecosystems to achieve scalability; and human cognitive attributes (reasoning, learning and introspection) to achieve the capacity to predict, diagnose, heal and improve the ability to provide service."

"We've got the technology to the point where we can now apply it in Iraq to a system that we also developed called CPOF, Command Post of the Future. It is a distributed command and control system."
"The cognitive program's whole purpose in life is really to increase the tooth-to-tail ratio [military-speak for the number of combat troops to the number of support troops]."
"Our cognitive program[s] whole aim is to have a computer "learn you," as opposed to you having to learn the computer."
"Cognitive computers can be thought of as systems that know what they're doing. Cognitive computing systems "reason" about their environments (including other systems), their goals, and their own capabilities. They will "learn" both from experience and by being taught. They will be capable of natural interactions with users, and will be able to "explain" their reasoning in natural terms."

"Though a high-risk effort, the investment to do so would pay high rewards."
"Weather modification offers both the commercial sector and the military greatly enhanced capabilities."
"Its application in the military arena is a natural development as well. Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally"
"The ability to generate precipitation, fog, and storms on earth or to modify space weather, and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of technologies to achieve global awareness, reach, and power."
"For this to occur, technology advancements in five major areas are necessary. These are advanced nonlinear modeling techniques, computational capability, information gathering and transmission, a global sensor array, and weather intervention techniques. All of these will be greatly enhanced as we approach 2025. Current demographic, economic, and environmental trends will create global stresses that create the necessary impetus for weather modification to become a reality in the commercial sector. Its application in the military arena is a natural development as well. Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally, through alliance networks—particularly regional ones—or through an ad hoc coalition or a UN framework. It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog, and storms on earth or to modify space weather, improve communications through ionospheric modification (the use of ionospheric mirrors), and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of technologies which can provide substantial increase in US, or degraded capability in an adversary, to achieve global awareness, reach, and power. Weather modification will be a part of 2025 and is an area in which the US must invest if only to be able to counter adversaries seeking such a capability."

Thanks.

Yeah, DARPA's outta control, and so are all of their friends in the other agencies. I've been thru virtually all of the documentation on this stuff i could find and they dont offer one single idea for how to ensure it doesnt turn into a movie scenario. With no watchdog oversight and no mainstream political critics/groups/news coverage the American public is being blindsided while arguing over the latest parrot poltiical  pundit rhetoric they seen on TV.

Help me get this thing out

THAT FUCKIN ROCKED! pardon my French, but you produced a serious documentary this time round. It is visually appealing, contains impressive sound effects and music, easy to follow (logical story board), and informative.

But what I liked most was that it presented the ideas and messages as entertainment. Was that yer purpose? Yer video was actually fun to watch and as it progressed it elevated my interest and anxiety level. Well done II'B. I will feature it at my site wwwAxisofdeception.com

..

Thanks.

Well, it depends on what you mean by entertainment? It was definitely meant to captivate, and sequentially progress with different parallels. TWYS is more like what I would consider "entertainment" compared to this. I only had one 'joke' this time around. TWYS had many more 'fun' elements.

Thanks. At the top of my profile is a link called "Myspace Tips". Look tere for code stuff.

A broad across the board truth movement is a starting point. It needs the religous right to wake up and get active. That's why i called them out at the end there.

It's ultimately the issue for getting any significant social change in the broader context. Violence is irrational communication. People must overcome their irrational biases and attitudes to ever expect to find truth and justice. If anything the establishment wants any movement to become irrrational and violent so they can be demonized in the media.

But at the core, it's the same old struggle from within to fight our establishments imperialism. It's a whole new reason.

Time is slipping. The longer people ignore this and/or pretend nothing cna be done, instead of pretending somethign can, the more sure the time will come that nothing can be done.

At least talk about it people. Face it head on. Once the line is crossed there's no turning back and it's all being hurried with little attention and no public debate. What issue could possibly be bigger? What bigger story could exist?

great video!

My biggest question is why is the US government making it so obvious that it is a complete imperialistic nation? I just have to wonder if it is planned that way. What if George Bush and the rest of the Neo-Cons are the fall guys and Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, and the rest of the liberals are the planned "saviors" that will bring us into the next stage, probably a much more technological society?

I think it is great that you are exposing Gore while everyone else is so keyed in on Bush.

Thats pretty much how I see it. All the big leaders are generally impialists. The Democrat voters rarely are, but their leaders (FDR,LBJ, Nixon, Clinton and so on) always are. Generally they keep te Empire on the downlow, by resorting to all sorts of underhanded tricks and tactics, but every now and again it comes down to using raw brute Overt force.

In the 'underhanded" realms, Clinton was on of the best imerpialists: he kicked economic imperialism (globaization) into overdrive. But even he has to resort to overt militaristic imperialism (Shattered yugoslavia region wars) after grooming the war into fruition ala CIA and negativ einfluence on thos epoor peoples diplomatic processes. For added fun, "Al Qaeda" literally followed US around from conflict ot conlict throughout the ate 90's, somehow always ending up allied with the same sides as US, always within just weeks before or after we'd make the same moves.

Gore is just ensuring that the Liberals are all scared wittless incase they're not overly scared of the terrorist threat, or just to add to it. At the end of the day he's advancing UN anti-sovereigntism, at the same time as grooming their AI savior.

lol, ya. I think that Gore piece was my first move after the elections. Before that the "Republicans" held all the power and limelight, so natrally they were on top of the list, and conservatives felt targeted from the attention, and unnaturally threw Liberal Bias accusations at me.

I love it,

the editing, the music, the message.......all mixed with a master touch......very nice.

I do feel a little overwhelmed with anger at this world,  which in this world of mind numbing propaganda to make us even more stupid and blind to what is really going on in the world, its nice to see this and feel and think......so thanks.

I have often think about our sentators and congress people having to spend one week in iraq, or darfur or israel for one fucking week, in the heat of it all, and if there sorry ass's didn't die in the cross fire......would they come back and want to spend every last dollar, tear and drop of blood of there souls to fix the shit.  Not for the press but for humanity.  As allways good old Bill Hicks can sum it up better than I can..................

I'm so sick of arming the world, then sending troops over to destroy the fucking arms, you know what I mean? We keep arming these little countries, then we go and blow the shit out of them. We're like the bullies of the world, y'know. We're like Jack Palance in the movie Shane, throwing the pistol at the sheepherder's feet.

"Pick it up."

"I don't wanna pick it up, Mister, you'll shoot me."

"Pick up the gun."

"Mister, I don't want no trouble. I just came downtown here to get some hard rock candy for my kids, some gingham for my wife. I don't even know what gingham is, but she goes through about ten rolls a week of that stuff. I ain't looking for no trouble, Mister."

"Pick up the gun."

(He picks it up. Three shots ring out.)

"You all saw him - he had a gun."

Go back to bed, America, your government has figured out how it all transpired. Go back to bed America, your goverment is in control. Here, here's American Gladiators. Watch this, shut up, go back to bed America, here is American Gladiators, here is 56 channels of it! Watch these pituitary retards bang their fucking skulls together and congratulate you on the living in the land of freedom. Here you go America - you are free to do what well tell you! You are free to do what we tell you!

I'm gonna share with you a vision that I had, cause I love you. And you feel it. You know all that money we spend on nuclear weapons and defense each year, trillions of dollars, correct? Instead -- just play with this -- if we spent that money feeding and clothing the poor of the world -- and it would pay for it many times over, not one human being excluded -- we can explore space together, both inner and outer, forever in peace. --------------BILL HICKS.....................word.

1st off.. thank you so much for your time ,, you've put so much into
this..  I have heard before that chemtrails are in part, a way to dispense a reflective  material so the military can map a 3D view over certian parts of an area.. it allows the waves to stay concentred, instead of going of into the atmosphere.. which would make sense with a Darpa controll grid...

This is very interesting stuff.  Scary too.

I absolutely despise the idea of control at this magnitude.

But then again...

I also take heart in the natural and inevitable chaos inherent to any natural system, in this case, the human.

Historically speaking, technological advances that promote and consolidate power are almost never(I can't think of a single instance) left unimplemented.  I think these agendas will be pushed forth at all costs, now, or in the future.  Even if the US wasn't doing it, someone else would be.  And will.

But if history is any lesson, these new technologies and methods of control will create just as many problems as they do solutions.  There will always be a way to thwart any design by using the very same technology used to implement it and there will always be people on the fringes ready and willing to do so.

But more importantly, given enough time, human systems tend to collapse largely due to the inescable force of human error, incompetance and greed.

I believe it was Sun Tzu... "You are never more vulnerable than when you think you are invincible"

Scary time to be alive though isn't it?
