Johnny and Lulu on the Run BIG SPOILER, coming up!

On Friday's show, Patrick gives a passionate statement on the witness stand. He finally gets through to Robin with his emotional appeal. Look for Robin to change her mind and agree to give Patrick tummy visits. Also, Maxie has Lulu's destiny in her hands. Kate is humiliated while Sonny warns Carly to leave Kate alone.

Two new roles cast on GH, Logan and Lulu on the run!
According to soapoperanetwork.com, General Hospital has cast two recurring roles to the roster this summer. Look for Rolando Molina and Kristin Herrera to hit the screen on July 23 as Sal and Lourdes. Look for these two to have a connection to Johnny and Lulu.
Here's the catcher, and why it's not a separate blog. The lone article released earlier tonight had an important SPOILER that puts together part of the summer storyline the net has been scouring for! According to soapoperanetwork.com, Johnny and Lulu come across Sal who was a neighbor of Johnny's former piano teacher while on the run from the police! Sal agrees to let Johnny and Lulu stay in the piano teacher's apartment only after Johnny proves he was actually one of the professors' students. Look for piano action from Johnny to come our way. The agreement Johnny makes with Sal is to give piano lessons to Lourdes, Sal's sister. Also look for Lourdes to develop a crush on Johnny.

Maxie and Spinelli Details
More details coming out about Maxie and Spinelli. After Maxie is kidnapped by Anthony  then released, she turns to Spinelli for comfort. Spinelli vows to protect her and keep her safe. Maxie is charmed by his chivalry and kisses him. This ultimately leads to more. I mentioned a few days ago that Jason would walk in on the two of them. Now I'm seeing that Jason walks in the next morning and realizes they have slept together.

Bradford Anderson says in an upcoming issue of SOW he could not believe it when he opened the script. But then he thought, why not? He has sincerity, bravery and intelligence.

Of course Spinelli is ecstatic after his night with his Maximista, but he is later crushed when Maxie explains to him that it can never happen again. She doesn't want to jeopardize their friendship by having sex. Of course the last thing any guy wants to ever here.

He later sees Leyla who tries to cheer him up but he is convinced Maxie will move on to someone edgy and exciting. Bradford jokes in SOW that Spinelli is the new sex symbol of Port Charles. He is naked more than anyone else on the show.

Carly and Kate
Continuing on what I spoiled yesterday, look for Kate and Carly to get serious when it comes to protecting themselves. I'm learning now that Carly will send reporters after Kate, and then she somehow tries to get Claudia involved. It appears that Carly is aware that Jax owns half the magazine. Will she take this into consideration?  At some point, Jax tells Carly he has had enough and if she tries one more foolish thing, the marriage is over. Kate knows about the ultimatum and plays VERY dirty when she has her former assistant Clarice pretend to have called Carly twice and leave messages for Jax saying he is needed to attend a very important business meeting. Carly insists she never received the messages but Jax does not believe her. Carly knows Kate is lying, but by now she has gone too far in Jax's eyes, and this will be the last straw. This appears to be what causes the two of them to split.

Lucky's family issues
I've mentioned several times lately that Lucky may be involved with a family emergency. Both Elizabeth and Sam have come up in the RUMORS. One RUMOR I'm seeing now may explain. It says the family issue will be Jake's paternity. This would explain Lucky and Elizabeth dealing with it together, and also Lucky with Sam by his side for support. Is it true? I'm not sure, but this one RUMOR just does not die. I'm seeing it's possible still that Lulu spills it to Johnny. Could this lead to a stalemate? One RUMOR says yes, that Jason finds out Claudia and Johnny were behind the botched hit on Sonny while Johnny and Claudia are protected because they know the truth about Jake.

MOC
One RUMOR I am now seeing is the MOC wedding could be between Jason and Claudia and it's all about protecting Jake for Jason and Johnny for Claudia. I'm beginning to wonder if the MOC is a running joke…every few storylines that comes up, let's see if we can make the MOC stick to it! Remember when the MOC was going to go with Nik way back when and he just had surgery?  Maybe one of these days the MOC will stick!

Claudia "knows of" Russian kingpin Karpov and his bad boy reputation. It's enough to leave the mob princess shaking in her stilettos. I'm also seeing a RUMOR that Karpov will be dealing with Sonny, Claudia, Jerry, Jason and Anthony. DUH, isn't that the PC mob club? Anyway, he may just have past ties with at least one of these people that cause some repercussions.

RUMORS that Sonny and Carly's limo tryst comes out right around Sonny and Kate's wedding. Before or after???

Could be true, could be complete fiction…
Jerry has big plans for his and Alexis relationship shocking Alexis.

Maxie finds herself jealous when Leyla is paying more attention to Spinelli.

Matt struggles between furthering himself by immoral means or being a genuine help to those in need. Matt has a past connection to counterfeit drugs as he, himself, dealt with suppliers. I guess my wish was totally off…he is a bad guy (at least a little bit of one if he deals in fake drugs!)

Sam will use her past ways to make some daring moves in hopes of stopping the counterfeit drug traffic. Nik's clinic is threatened of being closed.

Will Jagger return to General Hospital after NS? ASJ thinks there is plenty of story for Jagger to return to PC to give his son some roots. He has connections with other characters on the canvas and mentions Jagger has remained friends with Robin so the connection is there. ASJ also points out Sonny and Jason were always his antagonists.

Night Shift
Night Shift begins July 22 on SoapNet at 11pm, 10 Central.

When the second season of NS hits SOAPNet on Tuesday, July 22, at 11p.m. EST, expect to see Robin and Patrick right in the middle of the action as they deal with a medical crisis faced by her father, Robert. "Patrick considers Robin family," says Thompson "So, this is basically his father-in-law. Patrick is going to try and be a doctor, but really, this is his kid's grandfather, so it's going to be quite an emotional roller coaster." Meanwhile, when a major accident impacts the health of everyone working in the hospital's emergency room, including Robin, things take a shocking twist.... and someone won't survive! But, who will check out permanently?

I'm also hearing of the possibility that Matt Hunter and Noah Drake may make an appearance on NS2. Although, Rick Springfield was asked about NS in an upcoming mag and he did not hint at any appearance.
