	Larry Waldbillig Larry Waldbillig	I know your pain. Unfortunately I have MANAGE a shitty apartment building. I TRY not to make it shitty, but it's all you can do with a Jurassic heating system that costs a king's ransom to maintain and with the economy being what it is, a newer building is more likely to get tenants than a nice guy with a less than perfect building with an old reputation I'm trying to change. I could try to charge lower rent, but the city tax burden and maintenance doesn't allow it (the owner is a VERY NICE lady who has already lost half a million on it - she didn't know what she was getting into when she bought it and she's worked hard to maintain it, but she's going under...fast. 	Bruce	I'm not praising your guilt, just laughing that I frequently live in that state in nearly all areas of my life. Mr. Springsteen is onto something, speaking of being raised Catholic, which I was. One foot in, one foot out, guilt, guilt, guilt. It doesn't seem to vanish!....I admire you for taking control of your health. I did that several years ago but have slipped a bit. How are you handling the detox? I need to give up the Merlot (my evening ritual), but it's been tough. I think it stifles my creativity, and I'm likely in a bit of denial when I say "think". I encourage you to write and let us know how you're progressing and the changes taking place as a result.....I've got a couple of songs I've been picking at for some time, and need to finish them. I'm motivated by your energy toward your writing. This may influence me to finish some things I've started and grow.....I've been working on my music room, trying to make it a place to create. It's a slow process, but I know the feeling of a fresh start. Good for you! Let this create place in your life run amok!....Thanks for sharing.
