		I read that article and i didnt believe it. I knew it would be still your cut and i aint trying to suck your dick. I mean 5 years of working on this fucking thing and then bail at the end. Fuck that! Rich aint going like that. Hahaha. Also i noticed that your fav. listening on your first blog you have MUSE 'Blackholes and revelations'. How fucking good is that album? I didn't know what to make of it when i first heard it because i am such a HUUUUGE fan of 'origin of symmetry.' But the new album is just awesome. I read some where a while back you were going to have a MUSE track playing in your film. Is this true? By the way me and you have something in common. I spent a few thousand on my first proper short film about a year ago. 30 000 AUS dollars.  which is about 22 000 U.S  but i think you spent a little more on visceral matter. Way more actually. But yeah... its hard work trying to get in this biz. Shiiiiiiiit. PEace. Anyways. I really...really....  really love your work.... except Domino was a little dissapointing. Sorry. IMDB - said a bit about you & Southland & it sounded like you were unhappy that an hour was being trimmed (understandable - any filmmaker is p'd when someone toys with their project - been there/done that) & that you doubted the film would even make it to cinemas...this was only a couple of days ago too?! Kelly Upset with Planned Movie Edits Hollywood director Richard Kelly is furious after learning distributors plan to cut one hour of footage from his latest movie Southland Tales. Kelly's follow-up to his cult hit Donnie Darko received a disastrous reception from critics at the Cannes Film Festival in France earlier this year. And the 31-year-old now has no idea of American audiences will ever get to see the movie as he intended it to be seen. He tells Hotdog magazine, "What's disappointing, frustrating is that now I don't know that Southland Tales will be seen in the United States. Maybe it will, but potentially it could be shown with almost an hour of it missing. I don't quite know what that film is. It was intended to be this epic LA story. I just don't know if I have the energy anymore. I tried. I tried. 	Diavolina	Great news! I did hear after Cannes that the movie was going to be re-edited. I'm looking forward to reading the comics and am trying to wait until all of them are available. Or perhaps a trade paperback compilation? So sorry I missed the opportunity to meet you at Kevin's Cinespace event a couple weeks ago.
