Welcome to the NYC Soccer Club.Only an administrator or officer can officially accept new members. If you were personally invited then welcome. All others, look out for our emblem on the streets, tournaments, gyms etc...
I appreciate all those who have an interest to join our Club Site, but we only prefer to interact with those whom reside in the NYC area. Most importantly we prefer to congregate with selected individuals. Most likely if you are reading this it is because you have been invited to join our club. Please scroll to the bottom for further instructions...
General Past Events:
-Sand Soccer / Shoreline Soccer *free*
-Pick-up games @ over 5 main outdoor fields *free*
-Pick-up games @ over 4 main indoor venues (Fee charged)
-Set up events involving team work: One is "NYC's Annual Paintball Trip",
"NYC Mini-Soccer Tourney", Snowboarding, etc.
Reasons for Existence:
-Share a common interest (Soccer/Futbol) with various types of people (culture, nationality, ethnicity, etc.)
-Prevent any injuries with opponents whom are not affiliated with our club. If we compete within our club, the atmosphere is friendly/civil, therefore less risk of intentional fouls. Majority of us work so we value our legs.
-Interact with members who will be respectful due to our affiliation.
-Building a bond with people who present admirable character in a club environment.
-Network with members who have knowledge of new grounds, overseen tournaments and overall; keep tapped into the soccer community through word of mouth or our club site.
-We plan to challenge other teams, as well as members within this Club.
-Enroll in tournaments...
-Produce a high attendance of players to have a "security of play" on any field we (NYC) choose to engage on.
-Group discounts
-This is not a Team. We are a community-based exclusive club actively in play, to form teams quickly and conveniently in order to compete.
-Incentive to stay fit; Mind, Body & Soul.
