Easy going and fun loving but I am a Scorpio.  I am passionate about what I do, I have a combination of creativity and a need for organization.  I get really organized and then I get creative and mess it all up.  It takes a lot to get me mad and I have a problem with injustice.  I will protect even those I don't know if I feel wrong is being done.

14. If you were on a budget, how would that change your shopping style? Where would you shop?

If I where on a budget I would probably shop in the same places just less often. 

            I would rather have one good suit then 10 cheap ones.

Salma Hayek, Roslyn Sanchez, Mayte Garcia, and of course Jo De la Rosa

16. What are your favorite restaurants?

Katana in Hollywood.  TGI Friday's, The Cheese Cake Factory, U and I Sushi in Laguna Hills. 

17. How often do you eat at restaurants?

At least once a day.

18. Do you cook? What type of food do you cook?

I do cook when I have time.  I made chicken Soup from scratch for the kids on Sunday.  I love to BB Q and I make a mean Chicken Parmesan.

19. What is your favorite drink/cocktail?

Depends on the setting, I enjoy wine, martini's beer at times and a vodka cranberry when I am at a club.  My favorite non-alchohol drink is an Arnold palmer.

20. What are your tips for looking good?

I need to take my own advice on this one but I think everyone should watch what they eat, exercise and get lots of rest.  There are no secrets it is just a matter if being disciplined. 

21. Do you have any diet/eating/exercising tips?

I eat 5 to 6 times a day, smaller portians and I try to get some exercise almost everyday.  If you don't eat on a regular basis your body goes into survival mode and actually stores fat.  If you get your system use to accepting food on a regular basis your body will burn fat because it knows more food is coming.

24. If you were on a desert island and could take only 7 items with you, what would you take?

A picture of my family, a tent, an axe, sleeping back, and away to cook some food.  Everything else I would figure out.

Paris, France  Greece and Spain

28. What is your parenting motto/philosophy?

I am very different with the kids because they are both different people.  I guess the main motto would be due unto others as you would have them due unto you.

29. What is your relationship motto/philosophy?

The greatest gift is to love and be loved in return

      Regarding Jo it would be , "If you love something set it free, If it was meant to be it will come back to you"

30. How did you meet Jo?

She was the assistant to one of my clients.  He asked me to teach her about title and escrow and we have been together ever since.  Even thought we are not a couple we speak 5 times a day.  We can't seem to stay away from each other.

31. Describe your most romantic moment.

My proposal to Jo on New Years inform of our closet friends.

32. Describe your ideal date.

Dinner and a Movie with Jo.  A few drinks afterwards and then the rest is just between us.

33. What is the best part about living in Coto?

I love the security of being behind the gates, it is so beautiful here.  I can ride my bike for hours, it is my church.

34. How does Coto compare with the rest of the country? Where else have you lived?

There aren't many places like Coto that I know if.  I Have been all over the world but I can't think of any place I would rather raise the kids.  I know there amazing places everywhere but this place works for me.

35. How has being on Real Housewives changed your life?

Being envolved in the show has changed us forever.  Some good and some bad but that is life. It was an eye opening experience that has educated me in so many different ways.

36. How do you feel you compare with the other men in Coto?

I don't feel that I do compare at all.  I don't know a lot of other guys in Coto but of the ones I do know, the way I operate and the things I do don't really fit in with the community.

37. How do you feel about plastic surgery?

I am not a fan.  I can always tell when someone has had it and it never makes them look any better.  If it is done for medical reason rather than vanity then I am a big supporter.

38. What would people be surprised to learn about you? 

I was not only an athlete my whole life but I also sang and performed in the Choir. I even traveled with the group and performed on a cruise ship. 

39. Describe your ideal day if you could do anything.

Late breakfast in Paris, a bicycle ride , message and a late lunch before resting and getting ready to go out for the evening. 

40. How long does it usually take you to get ready in the morning?

One hour

41. What were your childhood ambitions? What did you want to be?

A professional Cyclist -  I did that.

42. How would you describe yourself in high school (jock, nerd, etc.)

I was a nerdy Jock.  I hung out with the cool kids because I was pretty athletic but I wasn't cool like them.  I am still not.

I am still defining them.  I have done so many amazing things in my life, I have learned its not the money that makes me happy.  I am on this incredible journey right now with Jo and we are having  a blast.  We will have to see what the future olds.  I just want to be able to take care of my kids and spend my retirement traveling around to manage the real estate I own all over the world.

I love different cultures and people.  The next stop for Jo and I is Japan. 

46. How do you define success?

Having the means to do what you want when you want.   I do what I do because I want to not because I have to.  Gavin and I love this add we say in The Rob Report.  It was a watch band and where the face of the watch would normally go it was a giant Dimond.  The add read " For the man who is so wealth, he doesn't care what time it is"  Now that's hot…

47. What talents do you have?

Since I believe I can accomplish almost anything I guess my talents are limitless.

48. How would your kids describe you (3 traits)?

Fun, but firm and very loving.  I mean what I say so don't push it.  If you are kind and do what you are supposed to do I will give you the world.

49. How would Jo describe you (3 traits)?    Cocky, Arrogant and Devious

50. How would you describe Jo? (3 traits)  Beautifully Cocky ( Confident), Arrogant and Devious.  Jo has an amazingly sharp mind that no one ever gets to see but me.  She keep sit a secret.

51. What do you like to do with your friends?  Vacation in Europe

52. What makes you happy?  My children, riding my bike and spending time with Jo.

54. What are your tips to running a successful and happy household?  Have fun in what ever you do.  I so believe in Mary Poppins.

55. How often do you eat at home? Who cooks? 

We eat out a lot but when we do it at home I shop and I cook.  Everyone else has to clean up.

56. Who shops for food?  I do.

57. How often do you do the laundry/go to the drycleaner? Whose job is that?  I have a housekeeper that handles cleaning the house and the laundry.  My assistant Meghan handles the dry cleaning.

58. Do you have any pets? Who takes care of walking them and feeding them?  No pets anymore.  I was the only one taking care of them and I just didn't have time.  The damage to the house was also something I couldn't take.

59. Who makes the biggest mess at home? Who is responsible for cleaning up?  It is a toss up between Jo and Grayson for the biggest mess maker.  They are both responsible for the mess they make but I always seem to be the one cleaning up.  Don't get me wrong, when Jo decides to get organized and clean up there is no one better.  The challenge is keeping it that way.

60. Who takes out the garbage?  Gavin is responsible for taking out the garbage.

61. Who is responsible for washing the car(s)? How often?  I have some who comes to the house to wash the cars once a week.

62. Who takes care of the lawn/gardening?  My gardener handles the yard.

63. Who pays the bills?  I of course pay all the bills. 

64. Who pays for school?  That would be me, Daddy Warbucks.  I want a sugar mama.

65. Who is in charge of disciplining the kids? Jo and I both and disipline.  One of the things I absolutely love about Jo is that she disciplines like I do.  If the kids talk back to her I let her handle it and she is a pro.  That is why they love and respect her so much.  I didn't have that in my last two relationships.

66. Who are the different people you have on household staff? (gardener, maid, cook, etc.) List by first name or just of people and roles.

67. Do you think the household chores are fairly distributed? If not, how would you like to change it?  I would have Gavin to do more, I think he gets away with Murder and Jo if she where still living here.  I gave her a lot of crap for not pulling her weight.
