Will my songs be pirated?????????

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
It's every musician/music artiste's nightmare.

Once nicknamed as "Captain Pirate" myself, by fellow aspiring music
artistes and friends, there was no song and no minus-ones that I couldn't
hunt down when I was a frequent Bearshare (such a cute name isn't it?
Bear Share? Aww...so cute) user.

But gone are those days as I realise how piracy is killing music and
movies. Two of my favourite entertainments. And by the way,
I don't download all those things for distribution purposes. I'm
just a hunter, that's all. It's not my fault that I have these instincts
in me. So am I now making a stand by resisting the tonnes of cheap
CDs and DVDs crying out to me on the streets? YES! Or at least,
I try....it's a tough one...it seems inevitable that your materials
will be pirated someday...images, music, videos, anything you
post online or put onto CDs and DVDs (But doesn't that
only happen to famous people like Britney Spears or
William Hung? heheh).

Anyway, that made me kinda hesitant to make my songs downloadable.
But hey, if my friends wanna get a copy of my demo just for listening
pleasure, I'd give them the CD for free! I write songs with vehement
enthusiasm, so I'm willing to die game sharing it. But then again,
I can't afford to give everyone a copy...it'd be such a hassle....hahah...
