First I cheered when Paris was sent off to the pokie!  Everyone knew she wouldn't get much time.  In today's justice system most don't with all the overcrowding issues.  Also everyone knew that Rick Hilton had enough money to buy the sheriff or anyone else he wanted in his pocket for his daughters release.  So no big suprise when she was released five days later.

Every knows about the abuses in govoernment especially those from Oswego New York.  Can we say mayor, or Billy Ruggio.  The mayor likes his ladies young, and the police cheif likes his recreational vehicles.   So....................

Ok this is where the old grandmas concern's come into play.  She was released, she went home to the mansion to serve out her time.  Unless she commited another probation violation, or committed a crime she should have been left there.

Paris Hilton although beautiful and rich, and extremely arrogant, is caught up in a pissing match between the judge and the sheriff.  Paris snubbed him a couple of times prior to sentencing, along with mama Hilton when she asked for his autograph.  If I had been the Judge after handing her my autograph I would have added another 45 days to the sentence, as I smiled politely.

Paris Hilton is name that will no doubt be added to such great cases such as Roe V. Wade or Brown V. The Board of Education, when the appelate court determines that her constitutional rights were violated. I can see this one going all the way to the supreme court, even if she is released on Monday.  Should be interesting!
