When a robber armed with a shotgun entered a Pembroke Pines, Fla., store, and aimed it at store clerk Bruce Flanders, the clerk did not flinch. Flanders drew a handgun of his own, and fired a shot that wounded the robber. Police later captured the wounded robber and his accomplice. "They definitely picked the wrong store," said Sgt. John Jacob of the Pembroke Pines police department. (Herald, Miami, Fla, 8/13/07)
