Attached please take receipt of Ben Henry & Family's Writ of Habeas Corpus, filed with the court this past week.
This morning I called and talked with the clerk Clara at (907)443-3208 to confirm due process being served on the above Writ of Habeas Corpus, Clara confirmed the court received it last week. As you know, the court has 72 hours to act on it and as of today I believe it's with the magistrate.
Please take note in the "Statement of Facts" paragraph number five (5), Ben has outlined your and the public defenders position very clear as well as further clarity in 5. A-N in the same area. These are now Facts in Record and unreputed by all parties to this instant case. Please also take note Ben has released you for various valid reason(s) and your services are no longer needed.
Thank you for your favorable withdraw as Ben's Public Defender, as Ben was never given full disclosure of your position to His and how you represent other interests by design unfavorable to Ben receiving due process and equal protection under Law.
