Hi All-

It has been a long time since I had the great pleasure of passing along super-fun legal information to you... but YIPEE... here it comes! 

As I have stated previously, we are videotaping the VAMPS LIVE 2009 U.S.A. Tour, Los Angeles show, at the Wiltern on August 1st (in two days!).  Because we want to get every single angle, capture every bit of glistening sweat falling from VAMPS faces, and generally be able to make a kick-ass DVD, we will have many cameras at this show.

Not only will the number of cameras be a factor though, we actively want to film you, VAMPS fans, throughout the day.  There may be quick interviews while you wait in line, dramtic zoom-ins on you or your "colorfully-dressed" friends, and if the camera guys get tired, they may ask you to shoot for a while (but let's all hope that won't happen!). 

So because we are videotaping this VAMPS performance, we want you to know that by entering the Wiltern Theater, you will be giving your consent for our Production Group (VAMPROSE and our partners), to use your image, voice, and/or likeness in connection with our production.  As you enter the Wiltern Theater on August 1st, 2009, you will see the following super-fun legal signs:

"FILMING RELEASE SIGN
Please be advised that taping is taking place in connection with the production of a DVD. People entering this area may appear in the picture. By entering this area, you release then Radiant Pictures, Inc., SEP Inc., and Vamprose, their clients, subsidiaries, successors and so forth the right to film and photograph you and record your voice and to use your voice and likeness in connection with the picture and distribution and exploitation thereof, and you release Radiant Pictures, Inc., their clients, subsidiaries, successors and so forth, as well as its licensees from all liability in connection therein. You agree and understand that you will proceed in reliance upon such grant and release.

Radiant Pictures, Inc. does not assume responsibility for any injury to your person or damage or loss to your property.

Thank you."

Remember we also have an autograph signing session starting from 12:45 on the same day of the show.  And I have heard a rumor that we will have more T-Shirts and wristbands and bags (the last ones sold-out in San Diego).  Keep that in mind when you get to the show... waiting until the show is over to buy your stuff may be risky.

Needless to say, the last VAMPS show on their 2009 U.S.A. tour at the Wiltern Theater is gonna be nuts... can't wait to see you all there, to make yet another awesome night to remember!

Hi J, good news for those attending the last show.  i admit that i hate to see the  tour finish up, it's been so much fun attending and watching/reading reports from others who were at the different shows.  the VAMPS Live Forum has become a source of endless entertainment this summer BECAUSE you guys were HERE.  yes J, you have been featured many times. ^ ^

wishing every one Good Luck for this last show-probably party will be more apt title before it is over!  would love to be there, but i'll be cheering every one on from the east coast.  i'm looking forward to this dvd and really hoping there's a 2nd documentary disc this time too, maybe touching on all of the rest of the shows and how the band has felt about this tour...with english subs please!! *makes BIG puppy eyes and shamelessly begs*     and don't forget the staff, i know you guys have had to do double-triple duty over here and i for one really appreciate your hard work!!

in seattle you guys did not have any t-shirts for sale ... !!  
there was almost no merchandise and i was one of the first to get to the stage area. the guy behind the table told me that the t-shirt box got lost or something... that was reallly bad because american fans can't order from any vamp sites ..... this was my only chance to get a shirt..
Hey J. could you please just answer one question, i had a gift for HYDE in seattle, a letter in japanese and an mp3 player, it was taken out of my hand and put on a table next to him. do you think he ever saw / got it ? what does VAMPS usually do with gifts ? it was a brandnew mp3 player, still in the box, i just loaded some european songs on it.
What are the chances that he read / saw my letter, got my gift ?
( I can handle the truth, i would just appreciate an answer  , come, on i stood 10 hours in line, just to give him the things and to shake his hand ...at least an answer, please...).

J can we give you our cds to get them signed by them, cuz as much as we want to we don't think we'll be lucky to get it signed, too many fans (that's always a good thing) and people tend to cut in line and it's always in front of us.

Well I surely hope no fans in LA take this for granted.  But does this mean that those who screamed their hearts out and the camera that was in their faces at other shows get nothing?  I drove 27 hours to see them in Seattle and there weren't even any t-shirts available at the shows.  I happen to know that the camera guy was hovering right around where my friends were and such so with any hope they use footage from other shows too. :(  This doesn't mean I'm not grateful I had the chance to shake hands with the band or anything, it may well have been the best part of my life...it's just...pretty disappointing as if to hear no one else is good enough but LA (like always)
