In the twelve years I traveled around North America, the one thing I learned was where to stay and more importantly, where not to stay! 

I've been driving tour buses for entertainers since 1995.  In that time I have kept extensive notes regarding what hotels are the most convenient to the music venues, what hotels offer the best amenities and what hotels are the most comfortable and accommodating. 

I have worked for major stars and I have worked for garage bands.  I've lived in Ritz Carlton's and I've lived in Super 8's.  Price doesn't always mean comfort.  Comfort doesn't always cost the most.
