I've been sick, and I couldn't get up in time on Wednesday morning to go to the gym to weigh myself and work out before work (I don't have a scale at home). I was gonna do it today, but...well, same deal. I haven't been eating much, I think I actually lost weight. I'll find out next Wednesday.

I didn't really exercise, but I did work up the energy to go to my hateful job which I'm glad I have. But I am healthy now and hit the gym today after work.

But I am waaaaay behind the 40 by 40 goal.
