Words of wisdom from Bones
"Slow down"
"Truly take the time to stop and appreciate the small things in life and only then will your seemingly short life become comfortably longer, if you follow this rule you will see two things in true color and have immediate gratification. Easy to master? No! Neither is learning to play guitar, but I would give up my gift of playing guitar for the gift of utter appreciation for this life and this world. If you see a bird in your yard or a tree blowing in the wind, stop for a second, look at it very closely and smile because it is amazing. If you notice a bum walking down the street give him visual recognition, just a simple smile and wave can slow down your life and his. This is not a theory this is an absolute. Appreciation decreases the illusion that life's volatile fuse is fast when in actuality it is very long. If you can't appreciate the world around you, then appreciating your self must be redundant for you are the biggest part of your world. If you don't appreciate yourself but appreciate the world around you this is also redundant because the world is the biggest part of you... And if you don't appreciate anything then you yourself may be considered an enigma and therefore redundant".
"Slow down"
"Appreciate"
God bless
