just curious what they go for, i emcee/produce - i use sampling and play my own keys, my other question is this, i read a blog of yours a while back about folks complaining about prices and you were talking about the time and money it costs to make a good production and i couldn't agree more... i like the donut shop lp, could've done without the jay-z shit, instrumentally was dope tho... i understand records are pricy, i have spent time digging as well and am wondering... do you clear any samples before selling the beat? I hear alot of people gettin high and mighty bout their beats but nobody ever mentions whether they have cleared their samples. If you do clear your samples, i am interested in how you do it... i have hesitated to pimp anything but my 100% originals fearing a lawsuit, just curious? I'm not the sample police or anything, i've been diggin' since '95.... again, like your stuff, holla if ya wanna chop it up somehow, i just got reason and i wanna use my korg triton as a trigger, will this work with a midi interface or do i just need to get another controller? thx yo... peace - mr.who?
