I like rainy days.
The sound the drops make on varying surfaces,
the shades of grey in the clouds,
the scent.

I like warm, sunny days.
The smell of my skin when I've been playing hard,
or just basking for a while.

I like cool weather.
Bundling up in a big, fluffy sweatshirt,
especially when camping out in the wilderness.

I like sunsets.
Hot pink lining on one end of the sky
with deep blues at the other,
the feel of a day coming to a pleasant close.

I like the moon.
The different phases,
and the Energizer Bunny,
and the fact that it casts a shadow even when you're quite close to a street light.

I like singing.
All alone.
As loud
or as passionate
as I can.

Shopping for dresses and sky blue Volkswagons.
Soft flower petals and cats and their kittens.
Candlelight dinners and road trips in spring.
These are a few of my favorite things.
