My grandmother, age 86, passed away in a hospice Saturday. Between my mother and aunts she was not alone while in the hospice and died with her youngest daughter by her side. I felt closest to her of all my grandparents and still can't quite believe she is really gone. She had been fading since Thanskgiving but got out of the hospital for Christmas. Rest in peace dearest "Big Mama".
