	Kelli Kelli Newton	The "give" act is a sister law to this act. It requires that any child in middle or high school and any Adult in College are required to preform community service. The Secretary of Education for the United states will decide what orginaizations are acceptable. The law secifically disallows and religious organizations to be a part of the community service progam but allows organization such as planned parenthood to be part of the program since they recieve federal money. ............No one will have a choice of which program they are to "volunteer" for.
