I just read this:

Mudd? Yes Mudd, President Obama's pick for undersecretary of intelligence and analysis. Apparently while Mudd was a senior agent at the CIA he was involved in terrorist interrogations. He said today "I know that this position will require the full cooperation with
Congress and I believe that if I continue to move forward I will become
a distraction to the president and his vital agenda."
I have no problem with anyone involved in the questionable interrogations tactics during bush's reign, getting shafted. I just have one thing to say, that really brought me to this story. Why are these scum bag republicans so quick to speak up when the person involved is an Obama pick. Where are these Republicans when the rest of America wants investigations into Cheney, Bush, Rice, and all the other sickos who started this crap or contorted the meanings of the constitution and laws to justify this shit?
And yes I know. I'm sure America has done a lot worse than waterboarding or at least making torture accessable by using secret CIA prisons in foreign lands. I'm not an idiot.
