I just recieved word from Just Plain Folk that my solo cd 'Bang Bang' has been nominated in 3 catergories for their upcoming awards show taking place here in Nashville on August 29th... Just Plain Folks is a community of over 51,500 Songwriters, Recording Artists and Music Industry Professionals — and host to the world's largest independent music awards. My song 'I Can't Settle Down' was nominated in the 'Bluegrass Song of the Year', 'Cracks in the Floor' for 'Country Instrumental' and my CD 'Bang Bang' for 'Bluegrass Album of the Year'.... Stay tuned.

Congratulations, Tim!  This is much deserved!  When I got this last night I immediately put "Bang Bang" on my car stereo and I fell in love with it all over again!  "I Can't Settle Down" is such a beautiful song, one of many on "Bang Bang".  I just posted this news on the fan club facebook site.
