Don't get me wrong, a glowing insightful piece, and we're glad for it.  Evey little bit (hurts) helps.

See, I just FORGET that people are RECORDING what i say over the phone sometimes, and I say alot of stuff.  Often, i just say it fast so they don't catch me, but when they tape!  gah.
