Current mood:  anxious
So I finally uploaded the song Just Don't Go All Hunter S. Thompson On Me.

I wanted to call it Goonies Never Say Die but that title is already taken by Set Your Goals.....and they are a lot cooler than us.

As anyone who still pays attention to this "band" knows...we haven't been very active over the last year. We've all been really busy with a lot of other more important things and just haven't really had time to do what we've wanted with this band. For those of you who don't know....Justin and Jordan left. It sucks, Cory and I are bummed, but there are no hard feelings.

Cory and I however still practice on a ....somewhat....regular basis.  We have been playing, writing, and just generally planning what we really want to do with this band.  Some time in the next couple months we are going to play out last show as Millions a Hero with the original line up....that is Myself, Cory, Ian Duvall, Jordan Knox, and Justin Spring.  Afterwards, Cory and I are going to look for new members and start this back up with a new name and semi new music. This means we are in search of someone to play bass, guitar, and synth, and for one or more of those people to be able to do vocals as well.

That being said....

The song that I uploaded is something that we recorded a couple years ago but never finished. I have to redo my vocal work, and rewrite the second vocal track and lay it down as well. I didn't want to put it up here because it isn't done but I decided that it is necessary seeing as we are looking for new members and no one has heard anything from us in over a year. This is the direction we are going. More ambient post hardcore....think alexisonfire, mewithoutyou, explosions in the sky, yesterdays rising type stuff all mixed together.

This is our last go at this band....if it doesn't work this time, we are calling it quits. Cory and I are getting serious about this now, and we need people who are willing to be just as serious.....practice twice a week or more, and as many shows as possible.

That's really all thats going on with us right now. If you are interested in.....anything....even if it's just to let us know that you are still paying attention after all these years then just shoot us a message, or a comment, or whatever. We miss seeing all of you kids at shows, and we hope that you feel the same.

Until next time....we love you all.
