I have been thinking about making this post for quite a while. I don't want to sound like a jerk, but......

Do you have too much stuff on your page? I lead a very busy life, and I sometimes feel like I am spending too much time on myspace. Some of this I can control. I actually make very few friend requests. Most of my friends are the result of incoming requests. I ALWAYS check out someone's page before accepting a friend request, and the great majority of the time, I will leave a comment of some sort.

My issue is this: if I have to sit and wait and wait for your page to load, I get very impatient. I just don't have the time to sit and wait endlessly. I don't have the latest computer-- it is a G4 Macintosh, but I do have a high-speed cable connection. Pages that aren't junked up with a ton of stuff load very quickly.

I'm sorry, but I'm really not interested in your twenty favorite video clips, numerous animations, endless amounts of pictures, multiple slide shows, etc. Slide shows are the worst-- they are constantly streaming, and really slow things down. As for pictures-- post a few, and then USE THE FREAKING PICS SECTION! There you can make as many albums as you like, and load them up full of pictures. I actually enjoy looking at peoples' photo albums IF I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT ENDLESSLY FOR YOUR PAGE TO LOAD!!!

There are a very small number of people whose pages are so cool, that I WILL spend some time waiting-- Tess being my favorite-- she has the most beautiful page on myspace, IMO. Even there, however, as beautiful as it is, I would visit more often if it didn't take so long to load (sorry, Tess-- I still love you!)

So, I hope I am not pissing anybody off. Really, I would LIKE to see your page, check out your tunes, etc., but if it takes too long I just may have to pass.
