Current mood: hungover
Ok so I know everyone is out to maximise their publicity, which is fine. Mabye this is going to be a bit harsh, but it's Monday morning:
Is there any chance people could stop using the "comments" section on Myspace for unsolicited graphics-heavy spam for your new release/remix/project?
There are blogs you can use to tell everyone what you're doing, and there are Bulletins which you can use to broadcast to all your friends what you're doing (although if you post the same bulletin 6 times in a day or two, expect to get blocked as you're stopping me from seeing other people's bulletins - this is music, not a spam war).
If you are going to leave a comment with a plug to your own stuff on this page (which is obviously fine, loads of people are doing very cool stuff), at least the vaguest comment on my stuff at the same time would be more than welcome... like the section is labelled, "comments" - not "massive impersonal graphics-heavy spam".
Unsolicited impersonal spam in the comments (with no comment) will be deleted (unless your stuff is the coolest stuff ever). Repeat offenders will be blocked!
Ok - back to the hangover...
