How do I get featured specifically in Scene in SLC or Sexy in SLC?If you want to nominate a local scene-maker for Scene in SLC (i.e. promoters, DJs, chefs, store owners, etc.), send his or her contact info and a short description of that person’s work to editor@inthisweek.com.
If you want to nominate a hot local for Sexy in SLC, send his or her contact info and a photo to sexy@inthisweek.com.
How do I get my event in IN’s print and online calendar?FIRST: Create a profile on www.inthisweek.com by clicking “Register” on the home page (if you are a band, click on the “Bands” tab and click “Create new artist” so you can upload songs).
THEN: Input the event details at www.inthisweek.com/calendar. And don’t forget to post a blog about it on our home page by clicking “Write article” in your Settings!
How do I get my writing and/or photography published in IN?FIRST: Get instantly published on our Web site by creating a profile on www.inthisweek.com. Just click “Register” on the home page (if you are a band, click on the “Bands” tab and click “Create new artist” so you can upload songs) and fill in some quick info.
THEN: Either click “Write article” in your Settings to post your own articles, photos and videos on our site (keep in mind that every week, we put user content from our site into our print issue!), or send writing/photography samples to editor@inthisweek.com.
