Happy to see you are in such pleasant spirits. Eagerly waiting for the new album of music to come to California!..
....I think the interviewer failed to give you enough forethought - you must dread some of these generic interview questions (although, quite fascinated about the reed organ - like something a little old lady would happily sing old ditties on!). ....
....Will no one ask you about your thoughts on some of your favorite artists or any new collaborations with other artists? Will you never tour the US again (I think of ebtg song Twin Cities which I once heard in a Target store in Pasadena late at night)? It would be lovely to see you in LA!..

hahahahaha, I was waiting for someone to say this...well, how about because it's expensively packaged water masquerading as medicine, and that seems to me to be basically fraudulent?..

Is the new album going to sound a little like "Amplified Heart"? I've read also a brief interview with Ben, that sadly (for us) told you are not going to tour with this record too...maybe with the next one? ;)

Hi Tracey
this is first for me! My wife Pauline and me have been married 17 years.i introduced her to EBTG about 20 years ago, while i was living in Birmingham, and she in Galway.Together we bought and listened and loved every album that came out.... About 13 years ago ,during the arts festival in Galway, EBTG played an acoustic gig in the Ardiluan hotel.. i wonder do you remember that? Well
we sat in the front row and we sang every song along with you and ben. This is just to say THANK YOU for one of the best gigs
ever.We
now have 2 girls under 10, and we understand you when you say you cant leave your kids and go on tour. But , we are waiting and we know you will tour again, someday, and we will be there.Take care and best wishes to Ben and your children. Gary and Paulne

..It's great to hear from you again. I'm looking forward for the next album. I now that children become our priority, and I couldn't agree more, since my 2 children are about the same age as yours, but I still wish you could come to Portugal.
Won't you consider it? Maybe you and Ben could come to Rock in Rio, next year?

Nice interview! Yes to yoga for backs. I'm also a fan of the Alexander Technique, which may not go down too well with you following your comment on homeopathy (as it could be described as basically 'lying down'!)... but as someone who slouched for 43 years, it's a revelation. (I always liked the French and Saunders line about 'homophobic remedies'...)..
....Looking fwd so much to the new recrd. Heard the Escort mix of it's all true today on the train (on shuffle) and it made me feel good (well, it was that or the sunshine thru the window...).....
....Have a sunny day yourself.
..px....

No, I agree about the Alexander technique, I did it for years and it did help, even though it was mostly lying down, plus a bit of crawling about on all fours. Or perhaps my teacher was just a pervert...I will start using the "homophobic remedies" line now, I love it...

I Love the pic of the Reed Organ - I have a much smaller organ but I also love the hymn-like quality when I noodle around with it. Nice interview, I'm getting really excited about this album.
