Hey everyone,

We've got an exciting season ahead. We decided to up the ante with Christmas this year and we've done just that:

We've got three new original Christmas songs: Christmas Like No Other, The Best Christmas Ever, and We Could Only See the Star at Night, all available for free download.

We've got a ton of warm-up performances in beautiful theatres, book stores and co-ops.

We've got a bunch of radio appearances, where you can hear us talk about how much we love Christmas and you can hear us play different versions of TYO songs.

We've got over 20 members in our band! We've adopted some of the amazing string players that have been playing in Lost in the Trees, so we really are going to be able to live up to our name.

We've got an even BIGGER and BETTER Christmas show than last year, at the Cat's Cradle, on December 19. We've got our hero and inspiration Mac McCaughan of Portastatic, Superchunk and Merge Records. We've got Ivan Rosebud of The Rosebuds, also on Merge Records. We've got our best friends from Raleigh, Annuals. We've got Yep Roc Records' The Moaners, local legends. We've got new friends Midtown Dickens, representing Durham, who will surely have something fun for us. We have returning from last year John Booker with his new and excellent pop band I Was Totally Destroying It, who I can already tell you are going to steal the show. We have Hammer No More The Fingers, who put out the best local rock record of this last year on Power Team Records. And we have more to be announced! And Billy Sugarfix is hosting! You better beg him to also treat us to his virtuosic theremin playing.

The show will also have an array or attractions, distractions, activities and other things you don't expect to see at a rock show. Needless to say, it will be a night you will never forget, so please come share it with us. BUY TICKETS EARLY we expect to sell out.
