Thank-you for your letter dated 3rd Sept. 07, on behalf of your constituent, WOLFENN, regarding the President of the Rebels Motorcycle gang.

My department takes very seriously its responsibility to protect Australia against non-citizens who may pose a threat to the community. My department works closely with INTERPOL, the Australian Federal Police and State and Territory law enforcement agencies including Police. These agencies assist the Department to consider non-citizens who have committed crimes either offshore or onshore.

As WOLFENN mentioned in his letter, all Visa applications are subject to the character provisions of the Migration Act 1958. These provisions allow for the cancellation or refusal of a visa if a non-citizen is found to breach the character test due to their substantial criminal record, past and present criminal or past and general conduct. Where a non-citizen is found not to pass the character test, the Minister or a delegate has the discretion to cancel or refuse their visa. Such a decision is not taken lightly, and would only be made after full consideration of all the circumstances of the case.

All Applicants who wish to enter or remain in Australia are considered on their merits against visa requirements and are also required to disclose all revelant information and criminal convictions. I can assure you that all decisions made by my Department are thoroughly considered.

I have not read such utter bullsh in all my life, this dumbass has broken every rule in the Migration Act 1958 to allow this parasite back into my country.

Thank God the Labour Party won the elections, at least this IDIOT is not in power anymore. I went to the local meet the candidates meeting last week and called Mr Kevin Andrews MP, a traitor, twice after reading his bullsh letter to the forum.

Did you notice the escape clause above, applicants are required to disclose all revelant info. and criminal convictions, so if you don't say a thing, and they don't get off their fat arses and do background checks, your in like Flynn.

If ever a politician needs to be cockcold, this idiot would be up there, close to number one. I will not rest until I get this idiot struck out of Parliament.
