Greetings
The time has finally arrived for us to commit more sounds to a large hard drive. Drum tracking for our next release starts next week, back at the tried and trusted sonic dude-ranch that is Bankhead Farm. Excitement has once again infiltrated the band and our not so secret weapon, Mr Robin Sutherland. We'll keep you posted...
Donald + Avast!

Well things are going well. We spent Tuesday collecting + setting up gear. We built bass traps and got the room sounding better than ever. We set up mic's and we chilled out a bit. Today, we started getting sounds and after reheading the entire kit, Donalds Gretsch is sounding fantastic. After lots of tweaking, the drums sound great and we tracked 2 songs. Good times all round. Bring on tomorrow!

Thursdayyyyyy.... Today we woke up and listened back to the 2 songs from last night. We redid one of them, and then spent the recording another 4 - taking our tally to 6. Gregor popped by for a little while and Donald, Robin and Nico ate pizza + chips - if only there had been jelly and ice cream. 4 more songs to go, and then percussive and bassy times!
