One day Mary and I were bored so we went to Del Valle in Livermore to go fishing, well I did the fishing, she just came to drink with me. We rented a paddle boat. It was windy as hell but hot and it took forever to get to the other side. We got the boat on shore and Mary's flipflop broke!!! Then when I got off the boat, my entire leg sunk in the mud and I fell backwards and got all wet. It was HILARIOUS!! We decided to get back on the boat and paddle some more down the lake. Later that day, we decided we were hungry and that we were gonna go have a BBQ. We took the boat back to the dock but left all our gear on it and tied it up. The ground was crazy hot and poor Mary had no shoe!! She had to hop and run her way to the grass. Then while I was BBQing, she had to borrow my flipflops to go to the Lake store and get a new pair.  When we were eating, we looked at the lake and our damn boat untied itself!! It was floating in the middle of the lake. We watched the dock guard drive his boat out and tow our boat back to shore.  What an adventure that was and yes we will be doing it again!!!
