Well it's Monday morning and raining and ugly outside but I did a body cleanse over the weekend so I'm all cleaned up inside....lost 6 pounds too! Not sure how often I'll be able to write here as it's cray busy these days. getting ready to go back to England for a quick tour. Can't wait to see everyone there! Must go work out:o) e
