On Saturday 27th June 2009, Mikhail Karikis is forming a choir with members of the public at the museum of Tate Modern who will create a composition in response to the Futurism exhibition now on at Tate. The Futurists were often inspired by sound and many of their paintings attempt to capture the the atmosphere, shape and ambience of urban noise. In response to the exhibition, the choir, guided by Mikhail, will sing some of the painting.
