Please leave a comment at the bottom of this.  Basically this is you giving me permission to play your songs on my radio broadcasts.  That you're cleared with your label as well as publicists, if you have them, for this action.  Therefore unless a cease and desist message arrives your songs will continue to air.  I will absolutely comply with those at any time and have absolutely no problems with that at all.  I only play what you submit.  By commenting you are freeing myself, station owners from liabilities on those regards.  Please just send a message telling me to stop.  Thank you!

Read the blog before this one first.  I want you to know that today on Vic Mendoza's radio broadcast, Vic and I went through the issues of the blog.  It will be made for podcasting.  I just want you all to be aware of the situation.

Due to internet radio only being 2 years old, new broadcasting regulations and tariffs have to come into effect and there are no regulations currently for Canada This is due to the CRTC processes that have to be ruled upon.

Therefore, in support of Canadian Musicians at this time are WFLM, Krush Radio, Nvasion Radio and WIRN .  There will be more coming, but these stations are totally standing ready to pay you your royalties as soon as regulations and tarriffs are set by Socan and the CRTC regulates Internet Broadcasting

I put my head on the chopping block for you today Canada, my home, my heaven on earth.  Not just because I'm a musician, but because most of the people I know, are musicians.  Musicians have been not getting paid for their craft long enough.  Its time that talent should be recognized.

Where is your station and the link. Any of my music on the web I allow people to play because for one thing they are demos..and as long as no one is pirating my music I have no problems. If you play any of my music that I send to you..I give you permission.-Rik Daren

but one thing..if the CRTC gets their hold on internet radio it will cause many problems much like it does for television here in Canada. The CRTC has some really crappy rules sometimes and expensive..at least with the internet their is some freedom.

Hi Malice a.k.a. Cindy, I wanted to wish you a very merry christmas and to wish you a very happy birthday... but the comment page didn't view on your main page, so I had to come in here and post it. See i have an Amiga 3000 and because of there being so much data on here as well as many other profiles on myspace, my computer can't handle it and it will jam up and reset it self, so I have to stop the loading at a certain point, so it doesn't guroo on me, PLUS i either have strip throat or tonsiligis so I'm still not feeling very well, of course most of my not feeling well is in my stomach and it's probably because my abs are so sore that it's making my belly ache, I'm gonna start wearing freaking bio-hazard suits starting every november untill may whenever I go out or whenever my dad comes home with a cold! I DO HATE being sick! Since I was born with asthma my life has been very hard when I've gotten just a plain regular cold! untill I was 18, when I got sick at 18, I didn't have any more upper restbattorie (stoopid spelling that I MADE up!) infections or whatever, untill I got either strip (not correct spelling) throat or tonsiligis, I've only sneezed twice that I've known of, I don't wanna sneeze, it hurts too much so I grab my nose before hand.. I know, why am I going on about how sick I get, because the sicker I get, the Sicker Alice or Malice gets! LOL Plus it's making me feel better, getting all this crap off my chest! --I don't have a band or anything, so you can't play my song and I really don't even have a recording of my own voice either, so... but I wanted to wish you a merry christmas and a happy birthday.. now I gotta go wish Simon Alice a late birthday.. his was on christmas eve, so I better go give him his late wish, it's better late than never!
