Respondents, Michael C. Turner and Robert M. Langford went before Cotton County District Court Associate Judge and presented pertinent facts before the presiding Judge who could not render a decision on the motions and Respondents are scheduled for a Non-Jury Trial on the 24th of May, 2007. The problem here is if the Court persist on proceeding this will constitute criminal intent by the Plaintiff, State of Oklahoma and the Court due to lack of Jurisdiction by virtue of the States Organic Act of 1890 and the Enabling Act abrogating any exercise of States Rights and Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction thus barring implemintation of the "Assimilative Crimes Act" by Federal Courts on behalf of the State of Oklahoma therefore this further creates a breach of obligation and impairedment of contracts with the United States of America by the State of Oklahoma and the Court recognized by the Constitution of the U.S.A. There again this is a exercise of Ex post Facto enforcement of State Law overiding Constitutional and Treaty Law in violation of the "Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the U.S.A....
