Friends of the Trailer Park Girls, please bask with me in the golden sun of affluence and riches. A check of our Snocap account reveals that we have SOLD OUR FIRST TRACK! Yes, someone out there - fan, friend, family member... - recently shelled out 99 cents to download one of our songs. I can't tell you how relieved I am to to look at the balance of the account and not see a line of all zeroes. Now I called it up and see that Snocap owes me my cut of - ta dah! - 60 cents. Who says music doesn't pay? According to the rules, Snocap will not cut me a check until I have a minimum profit of 20 bucks. At this rate, I should be getting my first payment by September. Of 2012. This is as exciting as the day I received my first BMI royalty check for the Spokane Song. For $1.80 As my song, "Fooled em Again" observes: "Why are musicians addicted to pain? "Sell our own mothers for some radio play. "Telling ourselves that we're one break away. "Looks like I fooled em again." Vaya con karma!
