I've no problem with spiders or snakes. But copperheads can kill so yeah, I apply caution. And you should because Copperheads got no sense of humor. No sense of humor at all. Really! You can feed them joke after joke and they just stare at you like they're gonna strike or something. Happened to me. I was sitting there on my porch, copperhead at my feet (I like surprises but the birthday kind), and I'm saying,

"Knock, knock!"
Nothing.
"Ahem. Knock, knock!"
Still nothing.
"Damn, stupid! I said Knock, knock! You say 'Who's there?'"
Not a damn word! Snakes is stupid and Copperheads, as I said, got no sense of humor!
