• A biography including personal links and such will be added to the team page of the Survivor Archives website
• All volunteers will be assigned an email @survivorarchivesproject.c..om
• You will be added as editors of the Survivor Archives website and provided with individual logins & passwords
• You will be given access to The Survivor Archives team page hosted by google, where all our team email accounts are also hosted (I heart google!).
• I will need you each to keep me updated on any developments involving your volunteer work and come to me with any questions that come up.



• Coordinate the efforts of all volunteers
• Send out updates to readers
• Approve feature request forms
• Approve articles and poetry submitted by survivors to be published in the Survivor Journal
• Support to-be featured survivors in completion of their submission guides
• Update site quarterly with new Survivor Archives submissions




• Keep record of contact (name, email, date, what was communicated) with all those willing to be featured because its easy to lose track of people
• Send out feature request forms to those interested
• Once approved (via myself) send out archive submission guides
• Send out monthly reminders to individuals who've 1) been sent a volunteer request form and 2) been sent an archive submission guide after filling out the volunteer request form
• Direct all interested volunteers to contact me at volunteer@survivorarchives..project.com
• Direct all individuals interested in contributing to Survivor Journal contact Journal Coordinator at journal@survivorarchivespr..oject.com
• Contact library coordinator with any new books you come across which could be added to the library




You will be given an administrative account at the Survivor Archives management page in order to complete the following tasks:

• Search monthly for new articles and updates to add
• Add and develop new categories
• Keep Survivor Journal organized
• Keep record of contact (name, email, date, what was communicated) with all those wishing to contribute to Survivor Journal
• Send out monthly reminders to individuals wishing to contribute to the Survivor Journal
• Once approved (via myself) update journal with new approved entries submitted by individuals outside
• Direct all interested volunteers to contact me at volunteer@survivorarchives..project.com
• Contact library coordinator with any new books you come across which could be added to the library
• Direct all individuals interested in being a featured survivor to Feature Coordinator at request@survivorarchivespr..oject.com
• Contact library coordinator with any new books you come across which could be added to the library

• Accept friend requests and send friend requests to prospective supporters
• Post quarterly bulletins & blogs announcing newly posted archives
• Update group on new books posted and articles published on the Survivor Archives site
• Keep record of contact (name, myspace url, date time) with all those willing to help because its easy to lose track of people
• Direct all interested volunteers to contact me at volunteer@survivorarchives..project.com
• Direct all individuals interested in contributing to Survivor Journal contact Journal Coordinator at journal@survivorarchivespr..oject.com

You will be given full access to the Survivor Archives Myspace page at www.myspace.com/survivor_a..rchives in order to complete the following tasks:

• Post weekly pre-designed bulletins seeking survivors interested in being featured, in contributing to the survivor journal, and in spreading the word
• Accept friend requests and send friend requests to prospective supporters
• Post quarterly bulletins & blogs announcing newly posted archives
• Send out html code to anyone offering to spread the word for use in their own bulletins, blogs, emails
• Keep record of contact (name, myspace url, date time) with all those willing to help because its easy to lose track of people
