What a summer, and we thought we were only big in Japan. Some of you, (at least 1 out of the 3 that read this) don't think we kept very busy this summer, but after losing to the Pizza Hut contest (a contest, we felt would have established ourselves as a worldwide sensation) we had to keep low touring the fair circuit as a Barry Manilow cover band. To our fans in Pueblo, CO.....I'd like my pants back.

We've added a show to our calendar that we hope you all can make. Bring your friends, family, neighbors. Chris Diedrich, a fellow musician and friend of One Great Day's, had a very serious illness earlier this year and after a 3 week hospital stay and surgery, the health industry decided to charge him for his stay. Ongoing treatment and therapy, along with the initial hospital stay, have racked up some bills that we would like to help Chris out with. His church, River Heights Vineyard in Inver Grove Heights is putting together a benefit, September 27 on Chris' behalf. We will be one of three? groups playing that night. Suggested donation is $7. Event starts at 6pm and is a family friendly event. We will play for about an hour, with autographs after the show....
